Attention all Current Assurant Health Policy Holders!

You have probably received notifications from Assurant Health that they are leaving the individual health insurance market at the end of this year. All individual policies with Assurant Health will be terminated as of 12/31/2015.

As open enrollment approaches, I am reaching out to make sure you do not have a lapse in health insurance coverage. As long as you purchase a new health insurance policy before 12/15/15 you will have coverage that will start as of 01/01/2016.
