Cigna is allowing Florida members with Pre-ACA policies to keep their policy until 12/31/2016. A Pre-ACA policy is one with an effective date of 2013 or prior.
The benefits of the Pre-ACA Cigna policies are that the premiums are less expensive than the newer ACA-Obamacare plans, and you still have the excellent Cigna Open Access PPO network. Cigna no longer sells policies with this network, so you should hold on to this policy as long as possible.
